Constructs a Polygon for the given Point instances
Converts the Polygon to a multi-dimensional list of coordinates. Example: [ [100.0, 0.0], [101.0, 0.0], [101.0, 1.0], [100.0, 1.0], [100.0, 0.0] ]
A single ring. This could be a list of Point objects or a List points as number lists.
